William J. Barrett, Nurse Practitioner
If you knew Will, you knew he wasn't your typical healthcare provider. He was laid back, bold, honest, and funny, always ready with a dad joke at the worst possible time. Underneath the jokes was someone who cared deeply about doing right by his patients: sitting down with them, listening, asking questions, and doing what was right for them, even when it wasn't the textbook answer.
A Provider Who Actually Listened
Will began as an RN in the ICU and CCU before becoming a nurse practitioner in primary care, urgent care, and other areas of patient care. His greatest strength was connecting with people. He could make you laugh and feel like you'd known him forever. He didn't treat people like numbers on a chart. He treated the person.
Why Performance Clinic Exists
Will founded Performance Clinic to do healthcare differently, giving patients time to talk about what they were experiencing and looking beyond the typical textbook approach. That philosophy still shapes the clinic today.
Carrying Will's Legacy Forward
Will may no longer be here, but his way of practicing medicine (listening, asking better questions, looking beyond the obvious, and doing what's right for the person in front of you) continues to guide how we care for patients today.

Owner
Amy owns Performance Clinic and creates its warm, patient-centered feel, drawing on her restaurant-industry background in service and relationships. Trained in phlebotomy, she loves hands-on patient care and making sure patients feel like people, not numbers. Outside work, she enjoys golfing, bowling, working out, and growing fresh vegetables and herbs.

Medical Assistant
Mikayla has been a Medical Assistant for three years and is continuing her education to become a Registered Nurse while balancing work and school. Her goal is to help patients feel their best and feel comfortable, heard, seen, and supported. Outside the clinic, she enjoys arts and crafts, working out, reading, and time with friends and her fur babies.

Duke may not hold a medical license, but he takes his job seriously: greeting patients, supervising daily operations, and announcing the exact moment a delivery driver arrives. He loves hamburgers, scrambled eggs, car rides, walks with Amy, and the occasional pup cup from Handel's. He's convinced he's much bigger than he is and has strong opinions about large dogs and delivery services. Performance Clinic wouldn't be the same without him.
