No. We're self-pay with cash or card, and there's no contract.
Your provider sets a follow-up and lab schedule based on your individual treatment plan. Labs are typically repeated about every 10 weeks, although timing may vary depending on your results, symptoms, and treatment needs.

TRT can reduce sperm production and affect fertility because supplemental testosterone may suppress the body’s natural testosterone production. If maintaining fertility is important to you, your provider will discuss this before treatment and may recommend adjunct therapies, such as HCG, to help support testicular function and mitigate fertility-related risks. Fertility response varies from person to person, so this should be discussed as part of your individualized treatment plan.
Many patients begin noticing improvements in energy, libido, and overall well-being within about 2–4 weeks. Changes in mood, strength, body composition, and other deeper physical effects may take 6–8 weeks or longer and can continue to improve as treatment is optimized.
Testosterone therapy is available in several forms, including injections, topical gels, patches, and certain oral medications. At our clinic, injections are the primary method we use, although your provider will discuss the most appropriate option based on your needs and treatment goals.
Testosterone replacement therapy works by supplementing testosterone when the body is not producing enough on its own. Low testosterone can occur for a number of reasons, including age, hormonal dysfunction, certain medical conditions, medications, and other individual factors. TRT can be administered through several delivery methods and is tailored to your symptoms, lab results, treatment goals, and overall health.
